the mother of all hollywood clubs
i don't care what you're new "idea" or "gimmick" for a club is, there will never be anything that can replace the experience of Les Deux. If you don't know the right people (or aren't willing to drop some serious cash) you're not getting in. This is just the "LA club" experience... it is simply a staple of the Los Angeles nightlife culture. I frequent this club... I'm here 4 times a week no joke. The Djs are always spinnin' something new, the bartenders are beautiful and attentive, and the people are drop dead gorgeous and down to earth. Getting in can be a hassle... which is why I've decided to share this experience with you... as a courtesy to the EVR community. I have a list here many nights of the week... and I can help get you in so long as you acknowledge that there is a strict "door discretion". The entrance is neat, because you don't know what to expect the first time you walk through. The inside is okay, there is actually "flow" to this club. Even though it was packed when I went ( sat night ), I still managed to make my way anywhere in the venue. I wouldn't recommend taking a date to Les Deux though. There is too much going on, like people passing you or dancing next to you. The dance floor IS the whole venue :) |

Les deux has a great lively atmosphere, a lot of sophisticated and fun people, the decor is stylish and luxurious a great place to have a drink, dance and meet new people. Get dressed in your best, it can be quite hard to get in. I've seen people stand outside for ages and not get in. Best to go in a group of girls. |

this place is overated.....but its where all the beautiful people hang out so they are very selective of who gets in. Luckily the DJ that night and I are friends or else i wouldnt have figured out how overated this place is. |

Love, Love, Love Les Duex. My favorite area is the outside garden, loungy area. It's the perfect combination of mingling and dancing. The music, a great variety, isn't so loud you're screaming, but loud enough to talk and dance! I had a table the second time I went to Les Duex and our host/hostess were the Best! And, the wonderful Pretty Boys who promote Saturday's are amazing as well ;-)
The back area is good too, if you want more of a dance vibe with more hip hop. |

Les Deux was one of the first clubs/lounge that I encountered!
Loved it the first night I was there and I love it still!
Abs beautiful inside, music isn't too bad.
Love the staff inside, the staff outside i have a love hate relationship with.
def a must for everyone to experience!

One of the best clubs!!!
Was there this past Saturday, 3/1/08, having a great time with a few names to mention...Adrian Ross (Bangles) Corey Dillion (Bangles & NE Pats) and Jasion Terry, from the Dallas Mavericks. - Thanks for the invite Adrian & Corey!!!
Wilmar and Con'mon were there as well.

Always a great atmosphere and great crowd! Its very likely to see some of your favorite celebrities at this hollywood hot spot, thats why they keep a strict door policy. This is a great place to go if you are visiting LA and want a taste of Hollywood nightlife at its finest. |

My favorite night is Friday
Pros: My favorite area is the outside patio. This is the reson I come to Les Deux. It has such a unique, secret garden feeling to it. Romantic and relaxing. Perfect for talking and meeting people. If your lucky enough check out the upstairs room, with a balcony pverlooking the patio. Inside, the music is the perfect combo to keep me dancing all night. Good looking people, decent drinks. As they say, this is the place to see and be seen.
Cons: The doormen are almost always rude, guestlist or not. One in particular, but I wont name any names. Unless you know who to talk to guys can have a difficult time getting in. Be on a list If they leave you standing there more than 20 min, your not getting in, but there are a lot of good clubs within walking distance like mood or Opera |

Once you get through the drama of getting in, you enter an amazing courtyard full of beautiful people, posing and smiling. Inside we sat at our table and our server was fantastic - amorous and a lot of fun. Larry Birkhead was at the table next to us and sent over a bottle, which was very nice.
There were unidentifiable people with their own entourage surrounding them. Everyone is seemingly an aspiring actor. The nicest people I met were a couple of hot guys from Tennessee, of course.
The problem is that the majority of the people aren't all that nice. The later the night gets, the uglier the people get. The liquid courage kicks in and the drunk posturing begins. It's so lame when it's all about having a good time.
To quote my favorite police evading crack head, "Can't we all just get along?"

Yeah theres alot of good events here.. be prepared to go with you hottest girl friends... and make sure your guys have Plastic to put down for bottles.. as soon as your in your "IN" the challage is to get up stairs where the real fun is.. |

Les Deux has an interesting door situation. There is no line. There is almost always a group of people standing outside the metal gates that guard the entrance. Most are looking to establish eye contact with one of the promoters. If you're a guy you had better know the promoters fairly well AND bring some ladies with you; even if this means performing the charitable act of freeing girls (complete strangers) from the indignity of waiting outside. The layout of Les Deux is unorthodox. It's a clear departure from the standard boxed in feeling of typical nightlife destinations. The crowd varies from night to night (as with all clubs in Hollywood). Last night was very promoter heavy with a few TV stars and internet moguls mixed in. Les Deux is not a big place and that has helped it survive the quick demise that most Hollywood clubs endure. 4 Stars from me. |

Les Duex is one of those places you have to go. Fun and charming, the garden area is always a favorite spot. Celebs are always in and out, everyone is usually a someone there ;) and they are nice actually! so you guaranteed a good night:) |

This place has it all...A-listers, great music from 2 separate rooms, each with separate styles, professional table service, and amazing hype. It's easily one of the hottest places in Hollywood, probably Southern California. Can't say enough how I always have fun when I go. It can get crowded, but who gets pissed about having to bump into gorgeous girls all night? And yes ladies, the venue has good looking guys too...great ones if my friends and I go. LOL |

Les Deux is a good spot. Hard for some to get in.... Definetly a good lookin crowd, higher ratio hot girls than guys. I love the doormen : ) I usually spend my time out in the patio area because most my friends stay around their tables outside. My complaint is there is a bad smell out on the patio near the bar..... |

If you grew up in LA you are sure to run in to people you know here any given night of the week. Usually the same crowds of people frequent Les Deux but it is definately a fun place t6o hang out once in a while. Definately not much of a dancing club but beautiful people everywhere! |

Les Deux is a perfect place for Thursday nights to get the weekend started early. One of the best looking crowds in Hollywood, but also probably the toughest doorman in Hollywood. Get there early, dressed like a rockstar and look on point. Don't beg. Guys: no more than two guys and bring ladies. Grab some from the crowd (there isn't really a line here) outside if you have to.
Hit me up for guestlist on Thursdays. It may help, but all the above still applies. |

i simply dislike this place. it's over rated. when you're having a private party, and you're wearing this awful wrist band that doesn't even go with your attire, shouldn't you be, at least, given priority to enter? well, maybe i shouldn't dislike the place but the two meatheads at the entrance. a big walk out one time was inevitable. |
