Probably one of the best venues I've ever been to. 3 floors of pure party and a great looking crowd. The staff is amazing. All of the bartenders were on it! The VIP is a must have on the rooftop for sure. The house music makes everything come to life. One thing I didn't like was the mash-ups and top 40 in the main room, I wasn't diggin' it. The dj wasn't all that either. Although the house-music DJ was up to scale. |

the views from the rooftop are magnificent. 2nd floor area is restricted. Last time i went there was an open bar and trapeze artists. |

The venue in and of itself has a very nice set up. It's exremely large with three levels, one of which is roof top. The music is really good. The last couple of times that I went there was a drummer playing. Saturdays is a hip hop feel now. The only draw back is that there are usually too many people and it tends to get a bit claustrophobic (At least for me). It is a good mixed crowd and you will definitely enjoy yourself even if you are just watching other people rock!
I have also been there for a few networking events as well as their summer roof top bar and their food is extremely good tasty as well. Definitely check it out, it is definitely one of the hot spots in San Diego. |

This is a really great place to go in downtown San Diego...dress to impress...and the drink prices are pretty steep but good atmosphere and vip area is pretty easy to get into. Main dance floor is way tooo crowded....overall great place! |

I want to thank Dana, one of the owners and members of EVR for welcoming myself and my girlfriend the way he did. I contacted him through this site as I heard stinagree was a must check-out type of place. Three level club with two great djs playing house and hip-hop, pop. Crowd was average mid-twenties so that's my only disappointment, however it was " Prom night" theme so..... I'll return, and you should check out:-) |

Nice spot in Downtown San Deigo.. multi-level, solid decor, good music. I have seen a tough door held some nights here so dress to impress. |

liked the place, can't say I loved it. The layout was a little strange with the DJ way up on the 2nd floor tucked away and hidden from the dance floor. The rooftop patio was the best part of this place in my opinion, although it doesn't compare to the rooftop Eden on top of Ivy Hotel. I still liked this place, the bartender up on the roof was a flair champ and entertained us all night. The staff was great, loaded with lookers, friendly and attentative. They bring in some nice talent to rock the dance floors and the vibe was good. I will probably stop by next time in SD as this is a seen and be seen kinda place in the middle of the Gaslamp. |

Love Stingaree :) it has it all, classy and intimate yet spacious--the rooftop is amazing with with all its couches. |

Stingaree is a gorgeous venue- I agree with Robin- but it comes with a very large price tag. Though it is one of the nicer venues in San Diego, it doesn't necessarily mean the best crowd. Unless there is a local bday party or special event, you won't see the majority of San Diego's most popular "nightlifers" at Sting. If you have VIP bottle service, the rooftop scene makes it worth your while; however, the long line and expensive cover makes me steer clear of Sting on a regular weekend night. The dance floor is also quite small and crowded, unlike its neighboring clubs such as Belo and On Broadway. My suggestion is to make friends with every doorman there, pre party before arrival, and talk your way to the rooftop. Despite its high-priced ambiance, Stingaree still holds a special place in my heart- I met my boyfriend there ;) |

San Diego in style. Located in the re-vamped Gaslamp district, this multilevel hot spot is the place to grab a table with some close friends, sit back, enjoy a bottle of Grey and watch the good looking people crowd the dance floor. The multi faceted space shows a hint of Las Vagas PURE when you hit the roof deck where you are surrounded by the warm summer night, spacious cabanas, and fully stocked bars. Stingaree nets a 5 with a beautiful crowd, great service and an impressive atmosphere. |

Stingaree is pure aesthetic. The place is visually beautiful, but I need more than that. Still very expensive, from the cover (that I refuse to pay) to the bar, even though the honeymoon is long over. Cramped dance floor is redeemed by the gorgeous rooftop setting, which is great in the summer. I don't like going without some sort of VIP status that will get you into the 2nd story VIP bar... Still gets a 4/5 cause its that damn good lookin'! |
