Recently went back here a couple times and it was a much different experience than my last. First was just to stop in for some drinks while bar hopping. Good music, nice crowd, and it didn't take forever to get a drink. Now the 2nd time is where they get all of their points. I came out for brunch and was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious (I had to order another plate of my food it was so good) and better yet were the bottomless mimosas! Definitely a great way to spend your Sunday. |

I don't know why...but Sat nights here have gotten AWESOME. Perhaps its the music that's always great mash up. Perhaps its the door guys that always recognize friends & family. Or perhaps it the bartenders that work so hard for their tips. In any case, the crowd looked hot the past few Saturdays & the house was packed! Good job boys! |

I'd say 3.5, went here last Friday, nice decor and friendly staff. Im just not into the crowd. Security friendly and joked with us a bit. Bar staff was a bit slow, though I wont discredit them, because it was very busy, and when I did get my drink it was nice and stiff. Music was nice, provided by Zhaldee. Just cant get over the crowd, younger crowd didnt look like they went out much, came off trying to be way too hip. Could only hang so long then had to leave. I will like always though give it a second try sometime. |

When I moved to the neighborhood everyone had good things to say about Circa. Circa is a chill place to hang out on the weekends, especially if you want something mellow. The crowd is not necessarily upscale but they are not crude either. The bartenders are good and you can tell they have gone through some formal training. The B-tenders are also super friendly. Last week I took a friends mom visiting SF to Circa. The bartender gave her a shot of kamikaze... on the house. The place gets pretty crowded on fridays and expect to run into many familiar faces. The doormen/bouncers are also friendly but they get their job done. I remember my first time there the doorman recognized me from a magazine and engaged me in a mild discussion. We have since become friends. The place is cool and I definitely recommend to everyone. As for food, I have never eaten there. I don't eat where I party. As for girls, bring your own. |
