This place has a good atmosphere, usually a good crowd, and some good food. Weekdays are the best time to go and enjoy your company. |

The best spot for dinner, ambiance and nite life in the south bay area! Santana rows Blowfish is the best spot to b on a thursday night if u like house. Live DJ in the mix! Great for birthdays! |

I enjoy coming here for happy hour. It's a good place to wind down after shopping at on the row. It can get crowded though, but the drinks are good and the sushi tasty. |

Sushi to Die For? Not necessarily...unless you go during Happy Hour and create your own rolls for half the price, which they let you do by checking boxes on a quarter sheet of paper...pick and choose your own ingredients. I would honestly rate all of their pricier sushi at below average, but this is coming from a person who has worked at well known sushi establishments throughout Palo Alto. Let's just say my standards are a little extreme when it comes to raw fish.
Drinks are decent...extra good on nights when the bartenders takes a drink with you or creates one of their own special drinks that usually isn't on the menu. I've met up with girlfriends numerous times at this joint and you definitely see the regulars. Staff could be a little more alert to patrons and main dishes at this place for the cost could definitely use a face lift. All in all, for Santana Row, if Straits, Sino's, or Rosie's ain't workin' for you...there's always Blowfish...or better yet, the spa upstairs Burke Williams, try the milk and lavender bath...;o) |

When the nightlife @ V Bar, Straits and Rosie's aren't doing it for you, go to Blowfish. The crowd is small, the music is loungy, and the drinks are served quickly. Lots of regulars. More room to frolic and sit around if you wish. The dance floor is tiny, but plenty of seating for drinking. Great for small groups who want to just chill and don't intend to people watch. |

Not sure if the sushi here is to die for, but it's good grade stuff. The food here is good but they don't give you much of it. This place is also pretty noisy, with loud music and different animes playing on screens all over the restaurant. But my only real complaint about this place is that the service here isn't very good, so I actually stopped going to this restaurant, except I'll sometimes settle for it because my company gives us a discount here and the lounge area isn't too bad. Otherwise, I don't think I'd really come here for the food because I can get better sushi for the price and the service elsewhere =] |

Blow Fishy IS to die for!! =) I don't eat sushi but the other entrees that I've had here have been really good... The oysters are soo good... *wink wink* lmao The only thing is that the bar area is too small... This place should have leased a much larger location for the amount of people and event they have here... Overall, my experience here has been really good... =) Loves it! |
