The ambiance of Oceanaire is wonderful- Its much bigger than a typical upscale restuarant, with a bubbling crowd. The drinks and fresh oyster bar were delicious, as well as they're famous crab cakes. The food was rich and flavorful- the crab cakes had huge chunks of crab meat, very little filling, and they were baked, not fried. Also if you like Brie cheese, try the stuffed Dover sole- it was amazing!!!! The baked Alaska is one of the cheapest desserts on the menu, but an amazing presentation and great-tasting as well- they pour flaming 151 on it at your table! The service was good at best- not great. |
