This place is utterly decadent. I've ready so many good reviews about Oola, that it was on the top of my list to try. Everything is absolutely postive about this restaurant. Food, wine, ambiance, service.... all exceptional. I highly recommend this place. And will definitely be returning. |

I just had to take a second to give chef Ola Fendert credit for creating a dining experience that never disappoints. Oola's is warm and inviting with just the right amount of chic sophistication. It is hard to keep a place booked solid in San Francisco, but if you arrive at Oola any day of the week past 7:00pm without a reservation, you're in for a wait. I highly recommend the ravioli (as a main-- the appetizer just isn't enough, especially to share). Also, Oola's bar staff is at the top of their game when it comes to specialty cocktails. The crowd here is well heeled and thoroughly familiar with SF dining options. My friends and I often default to Oola when we can't decide where to go, because each and every visit is memorable. It's hard to go wrong here. |

Oola is a great place for a first date or to have dinner with a small group. The ambiance is great, I loved the music and our waiter was so helpful! The ahi tuna was delicious and they have this great watermelon salad that I loved! I will definitely be back... |

A wise man one said (or at least wrote at the top of his menu):
"There is nothing like good food, good wine and a bad girl."
I couldn't have said it better myself. This restaurant is one of my favorites and every time I have gone Oola (the name of the chef, btw) has made good on his mantra.

One of my favorites... I eat at Oola at least once a month. The whole menu is amazing, but the ribs are out of this world.. Higly recommend this restaurant !! |

I love Oola! Everything from the food to the decor is on point. And furthermore, any place that has ribs that I not only try but thoroughly enjoy (I am not much of a carnivore) is fabulous in my book. |

Many people have listed Oola as a favorite of theirs. This prompted me to go see what had everyone so enthusiastic about the place. When you step into Oola, you sense the warm and inviting atmosphere. Oola doesn't seem to have the dimensions of a typical restaurant. Oola is a relatively narrow establishment. As you walk in, the bar is to your left and booth style seating is to the right. The interior of Oola will not sweep you off your feet, however, I don't think it is supposed to. Oola is a great place for groups to get together for dinner/drinks. The music sets the right mood without being over powering. You can engage in conversation without competing against the sound system. I had the flat iron steak (the waiter advised that I get it medium instead of medium rare) and that was a good call. The ribs are also very good. I will be going back to Oola. |
