I was born and raced in Peru...and have found very difficult to dine at a good authentic Peruvian restaurant. I am extremely picky when it comes to have my friends try our food. I want them to have an exquisite experience like anything in Peru. =) I'd heard of Fresca but never had a chance to try their food. I invited a friend there, we got there late, but they were courteous and very friendly and let us dine. I never felt more proud of what Peruvian food is all about. Thanks to Fresca I was extremely happy that my friend enjoyed the food, just as much as I did. Great service, nice ambiance, and of course GREAT food. I had an amazing evening that night. =) |

I come here when I'm in the mood for a tasteful rack of lamb and a savory glass of sangria. It is a smaller restaurant causing the aroma of food cooking in the kitchen to tease you as you wait for your dinner to appear on your table. |

Really nice and sophisticated spot. Their pork chop is definitely worth a try! |
